Terms & Conditions - the basics

By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. TBP Matrix offers creative and marketing services tailored to your business needs. Our services include social media management, graphic design and branding, content creation and editing, online advertising, and digital strategy consultation. As a client, you are expected to provide clear project requirements, necessary files, and timely feedback to ensure a smooth collaboration. Additionally, prompt responses to communication and payment as per the agreed schedule are essential to prevent delays or interruptions in service.

We accept payments via UPI, bank transfers, or other standard methods. Late payments, typically beyond 7 days from the due date, may result in service delays, penalties, or even project cancellation. All work produced remains the property of TBP Matrix until full payment is made. Once payment is completed, you gain the rights to use the delivered content, though we may retain the right to display it in our portfolio unless otherwise requested. Projects may be canceled by either party with prior notice, and refunds will be issued based on the completed work. A reasonable cancellation fee may apply if significant time has already been invested.

TBP Matrix is not liable for indirect losses, such as missed business opportunities or delays caused by client-side issues like delayed feedback or missing files. We are not responsible for external factors beyond our control, such as changes in social media algorithms or third-party platform issues. These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically, and the latest version will be available on our website. Continuing to use our services after updates signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

What to include in the T&C document

By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. TBP Matrix provides a variety of creative and marketing services tailored to meet the specific needs of businesses. These services include, but are not limited to, social media management, graphic design, content creation and editing, online advertising campaigns, and digital strategy consultation. The details of each project, including timelines and deliverables, will be outlined and agreed upon before any work commences.

As a client, you are responsible for providing clear requirements, necessary files, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure the smooth progression of the project. You are also expected to make payments as per the agreed schedule to avoid delays or interruptions in the service. We accept payments through UPI, bank transfer, or other standard methods, and the payment schedule will be clearly defined in our proposals or invoices. Failure to make payments on time may result in service pauses or delays, potential penalty charges, and, in extreme cases, the cancellation of the project.

Ownership of all creative work produced by TBP Matrix remains with us until full payment is received. Once payment is made, you will receive the rights to use the delivered content for its intended purpose. However, TBP Matrix retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Projects can be canceled by either party with prior notice. If a project is canceled after work has begun, refunds will be issued based on the work completed and any resources used. However, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable cancellation fee if significant time or resources have been invested.

TBP Matrix will not be held liable for any indirect losses, such as missed business opportunities, nor for factors outside our control, such as changes in social media algorithms or issues with third-party platforms. While we strive to meet deadlines and expectations, delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary materials or feedback will not be our responsibility.
